1. The Executive Secretary: Shikir Nuhu Caleb is currently the Executive Secretary of the National Association of Microfinance Banks (NAMB) until his appointment was the Managing Director/CEO of Waila Microfinance Bank Limited, at Maraba –Karu Local Government of Nasarawa and the State chapter Chairman of Nasarawa state.
He is a seasoned banker for over 20 years both at the commercial and Microfinance Bank subsector at various managerial level. He is a Certified Microfinance Banker of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He has attended various Managerial and leadership training and workshop at various level. Because of his experience and expertise in the Microfinance subsector, He was appointed as the Master trainer of the Rural Business Plan a model designed by Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) for MFBs in Nigeria.
He holds PGDM and M.sc in Business Administration and a professional Accountant from the Nigeria College of Accountancy, a training arm of ANAN, Jos.
He is a member of various professional body to include; Chartered Institute of Loans and Risk Management Nigeria, Associate member of Risk Academy of Nigeria.
He is a members of Special Marshal of the FRSC.
2. Head of Account and Administration: Enonche Gloria holds HND in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Bauchi. She attended Nigeria College Accountancy, Jos and a student Member of Association of National Accountants of Nigeria(ANAN)
She has over 13 years work experience in Accounting and Auditing in the Pension and Microfinance subsector, having joined the National Association of Microfinance Banks in April, 2012. Before her appointment with NAMB, she was the Unit Head Internal Control and later acted as Unit Head, Compliance of IEI-Anchor Pensions Managers Ltd.
She has attended various managerial training both within and outside the Microfinance subsector and she is a master trainer of the Rural Business Plan of CBN.
Gloria is happily married.
3. Head of Monitoring and Evaluation: Eddy Bassey Orok
Until this recent appointment, Mr. Orok, who is a graduate of Sociology & Anthropology from the University of Uyo, Nigeria, has held several positions including, Head, Human Resources and Admin, Head Disbursement and Loan Recovery, Head Credit and Recollection, Head, Corporate & Cooperatives Business (all in Triple A Microfinance Bank) and Managing Director, Grand Microfinance Bank Ltd (in formation).
He was also the Admin Secretary of NAMB, FCT Chapter, where he has distinguished himself.
He is a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and associate member of the Risk Managers Association of Nigeria.
With a versatile and dynamic personality, Eddy Orok has attended several seminars and conferences and has served in several NAMB Committees and Ad Hoc assignments.
In this new position, Mr. Orok will be responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation framework, interface with the CBN, NDIC and other development partners on data collection, collation, analysis and reporting as well as ensure with other organs of NAMB the development of appropriate self-regulation framework.
