Uchenna is a seasoned banking executive with over 15 years of professional experience in the financial services industry, including significant experience with First Bank of Nigeria Limited. He currently serves as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Ogige Microfinance Bank Limited, where he provides strategic leadership and contributes to the institution’s growth and operational excellence.
He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB).
Mr. Nduaguba has attended many executive and specialized training programmes in financial reporting, tax management, risk management and Leadership among other professional development programmes.
He is former Financial Secretary and immediate past Vice Chairman of Enugu State Chapter of NAMB.
He is a committed member of the ICAN Nsukka and District Society.
