Adenrele is the Managing Director and Chief Executive officer of Richway Microfinance Bank Limited. He is a Director of Richway Financial Services Limited, Nigeria, Richway Fund Managers Limited, Nigeria and a Director of Richway Financial Services (PTY) Limited, Johannesburg, South Africa.
He is an experienced banker with about 33 years’ professional practice and leadership experience.
Mr Oni has held and distinguished himself in Several Management and Leadership positions some of which include; Managing Director and CEO, FBN Mortgages Limited (A subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria Limited); General Manager and Chief Representative Officer of the First Bank of Nigeria, Johannesburg, South Africa; President of the South Africa-Nigeria Business Chamber and currently a Director of the Chamber amongst others.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI); Fellow, Institute of Credit Administrators (FICA); Honorary Senior Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB) and a Microfinance Certified Professionals (MCIB); Fellow, African Board for Financial Inclusions; He is the current Chairman of National Association of Microfinance Banks, Lagos State Chapter; He is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School – Senior Management Program (SMP) and Owner Managers Program (OMP). He is an expert in Corporate Strategy & Business Development; Business Restructuring & Re-engineering. Adenrele has attended various Leadership and Management Programs at INSEAD, Chicago Booth University, Michigan Business School, Wharton School of the Pennsylvania University, DevPar Canada amongst others. He is an alumnus of International Visitor Leadership Program of US Government. Adenrele is a member of Ikoyi Club 1938 and Lagos Country Club.
